Massachusetts has 14 Probate and Family Court divisions. Middlesex Probate and Family Court North – Lowell handles divorce matters for Tewksbury and 35 other cities and towns in Middlesex County. Appeals may proceed to the Massachusetts Appeals Court and, when appropriate, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
